1. Used Parts Disclaimer
All our parts are pre-owned and sold “as is”, meaning normal wear and condition should be expected. We make every effort to describe and test parts accurately before sale. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
2. Returns and Refunds
We offer limited refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The incorrect part was supplied due to an error on our side.

The part is defective and was not sold as a non-working or spares-only item.

The return is requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must not have been installed, altered, or damaged.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for:

Incorrectly ordered parts.

Parts damaged during installation or misuse.
-
Electrical or electronic components.
-
“Spares or repairs” items clearly marked as non-functional.
3. Return Process

Contact us at willem@ilangasa.co.za or workshop@ilangasa.co.za or 083 279 0228 within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your invoice number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once approved, you can return the part to our premises or ship it (return shipping at buyer’s cost unless we are at fault).
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, or by EFT where applicable.
