1. Introduction

Welcome to TruckNetParts, a trusted supplier of used and second-hand truck parts. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Nature of Goods

All parts sold by TruckNetParts are used and pre-owned, unless otherwise stated.

• All parts are sold “as is”, with their condition described as accurately as possible.

• The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

• Photos and descriptions are for reference purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

• Full payment is required before goods are released or dispatched.

• Accepted payment methods:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Card payments (if available)

• No cash payments are accepted under any circumstances.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will remain valid.

4. Shipping and Collection

• Orders may be collected from our premises at:

• Courier delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost, unless otherwise agreed.

• TruckNetParts is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once goods have been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all transactions.

• Returns are accepted only if the incorrect item was supplied, or if a part is proven to be defective (and not sold as “spares or repairs”).

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

• Returned parts must be in the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:

  • Incorrectly ordered items

  • Installed or modified parts

  • Electrical/electronic components

  • Special-order or clearance items

6. Warranty

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all parts are sold without warranty.

• Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic.

• TruckNetParts is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or part incompatibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

TruckNetParts will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including labour costs, downtime, loss of income, or additional vehicle damage resulting from the use of any part sold.

8. Privacy Policy

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your personal data is collected only for order processing and communication purposes, and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or modify the website or its contents at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.
