Customers may collect their orders directly from our premises at:

Collections can only be made after payment has been received in full and confirmation has been provided by TruckNetParts.
1.2. Courier Deliveries

Delivery fees are for the buyer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once goods are handed over to the courier, TruckNetParts cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay in transit.

1.3. Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and location.
1.4. Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and item before opening it.
